
Jennifer J. Riley
Jennifer J. Riley, Esq. is the Founder, Owner, and Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley. A graduate of Souderton Area High School and the first person in her family to attend college, Jennifer attended Villanova University, earning her Bachelor’s Degree and then her Master’s Degree in World History with a concentration on Middle Eastern studies, Women’s studies, and Theology. She earned her law degree at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law (J.D.). In law school, she was her class Vice President, a member of the acclaimed National Trial Team, a finalist at the National Ethics Trial Competition, and received numerous honors, including the award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy, and the Victor A. Jaczun Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
In 2022, Attorney Riley was recognized by the Chamber of Commerce for the Greater Montgomery County as Businessperson of the Year. She has been recognized by her peers as a Rising Star (2012–2020), an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state, and as a SuperLawyer® in 2022, an honor awarded to no more than 5% of lawyers in the state who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. In 2021, she was named the Top Woman Owned Business on the Main Line of Philadelphia by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. Her Firm was also named one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Law Firms (#20) by Law Firm 500 in 2017. She was awarded the Friend of Education award in 2013 for co-founding and coaching their competitive Mock Trial Team and, in 2022, her alma mater inducted her into its Hall of Fame in recognition of her outstanding accomplishments and community leadership.
Attorney Riley is a co-author of Custody Law and Practice in Pennsylvania, PBI Press, 2013 (and updated 2015), as well as Drafting Marital Settlement Agreements, PBI Press, 2019. She co-teaches Continuing Legal Education classes for attorneys and offers free classes through local communities on navigating the family law world for those facing divorce or custody issues. She also wrote “High Tech Cures for the Low Budget Case” for the American Bar Association, and publishes and speaks on social media, technology, and family law. Believing education to be power, Jennifer, through her Firm, sponsors programs available to the public to help them prepare and navigate the divorce process.
Since founding her law firm, Jennifer has tirelessly and zealously advised, represented, and educated thousands of individuals on all types of Family Law issues, including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, protection from abuse, drafting and negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She also provides strategic legal counseling to other businesses owners and leaders.
