Kimberly A. Dudick Supervising Attorney

Kimberly A. Dudick

Kimberly A. Dudick has devoted her practice to all aspects of Family Law since 2009, focusing on the negotiation and litigation of property division, child and spousal support, custody, and pre/post-nuptial agreements in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, and surrounding counties. Rooted in staunch advocacy, respect, and exceptional communication with her clients, her style of practice reflects the wisdom, experience, and mentorship she gained working alongside a veteran family law attorney at a prestigious, boutique firm.

Attorney Dudick completed her B.A. in Pre-Law from Cedarville University in 2006 and received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2009. Furthering her interest in and dedication to the practice of Family Law, Kimberly interned at the YWCA Domestic Violence Legal Center in Harrisburg during law school. She also completed a program in International Family Law at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.

A tireless advocate for children, Attorney Dudick received specialized training at the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project, where she volunteers as a child advocate representing abused and neglected children. She also provides pro bono and low-cost Family Law consultations through the Women's Resource Center of Delaware County, where she is the Legal Coordinator.

Kimberly is a member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, and of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court, a professional association of Family Law attorneys and judges dedicated to improving the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.

Kimberly was raised in the Greater Philadelphia area and continues to make her home there. She spends much of her free time traveling and in the company of her family and friends.
