About Mackenzie Kilgariff
Mackenzie brings a strong background in client relations, operations, and process development to her role at the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley. With years of experience in managing high-pressure projects and aligning teams with deadlines and goals, she approaches each matter with efficiency, organization, and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Prior to joining the firm, Mackenzie owned and operated a moving company, where she oversaw daily operations, implemented process improvements, and worked directly with clients to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Her small-business leadership experience has shaped her ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture strategy.

In the Community
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Mackenzie is passionate about building relationships and contributing to her local community. She volunteers with the American Cancer Society of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, supporting their mission and giving back to those in need. In addition, Mackenzie has worked with and volunteered in multiple domestic violence shelters across the tristate area, providing support, resources, and advocacy for survivors and helping to create safe, empowering environments for those in need.
Outside the Office
Mackenzie is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who also enjoys baking, pottery, and discovering new places. Just don’t ask her how her fantasy football team is doing—unless you’re ready for the full play-by-play.
