Tyler E. Kaestner
Tyler Kaestner joined the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley in August 2022 with a passion for Family Law, and a desire to serve and help others. Tyler uses his personal background, such as experiencing divorce and custody matters first-hand as a child, and being a First-Generation Law Student, to guide his practice, and commitment to his clients. Growing up as the older brother of a child on the Autism Spectrum, Tyler is also well-informed of the special needs of children with educational and developmental delays and disorders.
Tyler earned his law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where he has focused his studies as part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Concentration. At Villanova Law, Tyler has devoted himself to extra-curricular activities, including serving as the President of his Phi Alpha Delta Chapter, being a member of the National Trial Team and Moot Court Board, and serving his class as an Honor Board Representative and Dean’s Ambassador.
Tyler was born and raised in Florida, where he attended Florida State University, and received a B.S. in Marketing with a Minor in Psychology. It was in his younger years that he developed his interest for law, having several family members in law enforcement. He followed that interest and turned it into a passion at Florida State, where he spent all four years on the Undergraduate Mock Trial Team.
Tyler comes to Pennsylvania due to a love of the North-East area. Since arriving, he has gained many valuable work experiences, notably serving as a Legal Intern with Judge Clifford in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Family Law Division. His time in that role ensured him that he wanted to pursue a career as a Family Law Advocate.
