Our boutique Divorce / Family Law Firm is expanding, both in terms of the opening of new offices and offering additional legal services. We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the Managing Attorney. Some travel will be required to Tucson, Arizona. You will join a team of dynamic, caring, and dedicated professionals.
The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Managing Attorney who shares time between Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, and Tucson, Arizona. You will work together with the Firm Administrator to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations of the Managing Attorney's day.
Experienced Administrative Assistant
This is a professional position for an independent, motivated, experienced Administrative Assistant. We are a busy, expanding Family Law practice in need of a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Wayne office. This position requires 5+ years of administrative experience in a business environment. Outstanding Excel and Word skills are required. We are a BUSY, upbeat office and this position requires the ability to multi-task and operate well under pressure. The Administrative Assistant must have unwavering ethical standards and a commitment to provide superior client relations.
We are seeking a motivated and career-focused Legal Assistant to join a rapidly growing, boutique family law firm. Our Firm was just recently honored as the Women-Owned Business of the Year by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce and we are on a path of continued growth and expansion. In this role, the Legal Assistant will support Family Law Attorneys who practice in Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks Counties.
Marketing Administrative Assistant
