Erin Finnigan

Legal Assistant

Erin joined the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley in 2025, working as a Legal Assistant while pursuing an undergraduate degree at Villanova University and aspiring for a continued future in the legal field. Erin has previously worked as a legal assistant for a property law firm in London, where she was introduced to the legal world and developed interpersonal skills. She has continued to utilize these skills at the Firm while communicating with clients and the rest of our team.  

Education: 

Pursuing a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University 

Minors in: Business, Public Service and Administration, and Peace and Justice 

Campus Activities: St. Thomas of Villanova Day of Service Committee, Pre-Law Society, Special Olympics Volunteer, WXVU Radio Host 

Outside the Office 

In her free time, Erin serves as a committee member for the St. Thomas of Villanova Day of Service, helping coordinate the Villanova community in participating in a day of local service work. Originally from Northern New Jersey, she also loves returning home to spend time with family and her two chihuahuas, Penny and Piper.
